Mango Order Delayed for 2 Months with No Update or Refund

I placed an order with Mango on September 26, and it’s now been two months without any sign of my purchase. I’ve repeatedly contacted customer service, only to be told each time that someone would get back to me – yet no one ever does. The lack of accountability is frustrating and completely unacceptable. If Mango can’t deliver the items I ordered, then I expect a full refund, but even this request has been ignored. This experience has destroyed my trust in Mango, both in-store and online. I am demanding a prompt resolution and my money back. I will not consider shopping with Mango again if this is how they treat their customers.
