Mango Online Store Sends Missing or Dirty Items and Provides Poor Service


I am deeply disappointed with the Mango Turkey online store. They charge for services they don’t deliver, and the orders I’ve received have been incomplete or contained dirty items.
Does anyone inspect these products before they are shipped? It’s unacceptable to send customers such poorly handled merchandise. Additionally, the provided email address (d*****@mango.com) is inactive, making it impossible to address concerns or seek resolution.
I urgently request that Mango resolves this issue by rectifying the errors in my order and ensuring better quality control in the future. I expect an immediate response to restore my trust in your brand. Mango used to be reliable, but my recent experience has been far from satisfactory.
