Mango Did Not Process My Return and Kept My Money Without Support

I sent the products I bought from the Mango Turkey website for return, but my return is not being realised and they ask me for a cargo tracking code, but I did not receive the tracking code anyway, I never thought that I would have such a problem because I sent it with the agreement code on the mango's own website. There is not even a page on the website where you can track the return process. When you write, you always get the same automatic answers. They deliberately delay your return and operate your money. I saw that there were many people who experienced this like me when I looked at Şikayetvar. That's why I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I was surprised that such a big brand offers such a bad online sales service and has almost no after-sales support. I will never go near Mango again.
