Mango Does Not Pay Returns!

As a customer, I was unhappy with the lack of action regarding the return fees for my Mango 2022-12-22 order. Despite the fact that I returned the product, the return fee has yet to be paid. After reporting the situation at the store, I was told that it was being handled, but it has now been a month and I have yet to receive my payment. It has now been three months since the return, and the fees have still not been reimbursed. To make matters worse, I discovered that neither of the people who purchased the product had to pay a return fee. This inequity has only largely caused my displeasure with the situation. As a customer, I expect prompt and fair treatment during the return process. It is discouraging to encounter such delays and inconsistencies. I hope that this problem can be resolved quickly and that steps can be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
