Mango Order Not Refunded After Months
In November 2022, I ordered a product from Mango with the reference number DA9A5M. Later, I returned it to MNG Cargo for a refund, but July is coming to an end, and neither my product nor my money has been returned. Every time I call, they say the item is in the warehouse and will be refunded soon, but it's been months and no progress has been made. I demand a refund immediately and without further delay. I don't understand why this delay is occurring because there is no valid reason for it. It's very upsetting to see a reputable company like Mango treat their customers in this way. I hope they take my complaint seriously and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
