Refund Request From Mango

I returned the order number DO3JS8 product that I purchased on July 26, 2023. I received an email confirming the return on September 2, 2023, but the refund has yet to be processed. I've spoken with customer service several times and sent emails, but they continue to insist that the refund has been issued. To be sure, I contacted my bank and double-checked my statements - no sign of the refund. It baffles me that a reputable company like Mango would act in this manner. I demand that Mango, a corporate entity, follow ethical business practices and return my money as soon as possible. This situation is putting my patience to the test, and I'm not going to put up with it any longer.
