My Mango Order Delayed – Still Not Shipped After a Week
I purchased two items from Mango, and for over a week, the status has remained “preparing.” The order has not been shipped yet. When I contacted customer service, they blamed the delay on high demand but couldn’t provide any specific timeframe for when my order would be dispatched.
Normally, the shipping process takes 2-4 days, but I was told it could take up to three weeks in total. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete disregard for customers’ time.
I demand that Mango resolve this issue immediately, expedite my order, and ensure timely deliveries in the future. This delay is causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Please take action to fix this now!
