The product was already being made ready, leaving the warehouse, and being sent out. Surprisingly, I got an email that said I couldn't go, but it didn't say why. I don't know why Mango would sell something they can't deliver and still get paid for it. I want Mango to get my item to me as soon as possible. It is not acceptable to cancel an order without giving a reason after all the steps have been done. I expect Mango to solve this problem as soon as possible. As a loyal customer, I have a right to know what happened to my order and why it was canceled. Mango needs to take responsibility for what they did and tell me why they had to cancel.
