The Product I Bought From Mango Has Not Been Shipped for 12 Days

The product I bought from Mango seems to have been prepared for 12 days and it has not shipped. I want to cancel it, but it is not canceled. Despite repeated attempts to reach customer service, I received no satisfactory explanation or assistance. I think they produce the product on order. If this is the case, they should clearly inform customers before purchase to manage expectations. Their lack of communication and efficiency has left me deeply disappointed. It is ridiculous that a product that is produced and in stock cannot be shipped for such a long time. This was the first purchase I made from Mango, and unfortunately, it was also the last.
