I ordered a product from Mango and paid for it, but it was unexpectedly canceled during shipping without any notice beforehand. I discovered it only after I took the initiative to check the order status myself. I attempted to contact them several times, but I was met with silence and no clear answers. They said the product was out of stock, but if that's true, why did they charge me in the first place? Why wasn’t I notified right away instead of being kept in the dark? The absence of clear communication and openness led to considerable frustration. I anticipated a higher level of service and responsibility from a reputable brand such as Mango. This experience made me doubt their dependability and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. I hope they take a moment to rethink their approach to these situations moving forward.
