After a month of waiting, Mango suddenly canceled my order with no explanation

I'm really disappointed with Mango's customer service. I placed an order on January 24th and was given the run-around for weeks, being told that my order was on its way. But then, out of the blue on the evening of February 17th, they suddenly cancelled my order and refunded my money. It's as if they treated me like I was at their beck and call, making me wait for nothing. I'm left wondering, who's to blame for this failure? And why haven't I received any kind of explanation or apology? As a business owner myself, I believe in following ethical rules and procedures, which Mango clearly doesn't. They owe me an explanation and an apology. I've had enough of Mango's unacceptable behavior and I won't stand for it any longer. I'm planning to report them to the Consumer Court so that they can be held accountable for their actions. As a consumer, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty, and I won't settle for anything less. In today's world, it's important to hold businesses accountable for their actions. When companies like Mango fail to meet their obligations to their customers, it's up to us to speak up and demand better. We have the power to make a difference, and I won't stop until justice is served.
