My Mango Online Order Is Delayed
I placed an order through Mango’s online store, and it was originally scheduled to arrive on May 16. That date has come and gone, but my order is still nowhere to be seen. What’s even more frustrating is that nowhere during checkout was I informed that the shipment would be coming from overseas.
Had I known the delivery would take this long due to international shipping, I might have reconsidered or chosen another option. To make matters worse, I’m not even allowed to cancel the shipment while it’s stuck in this limbo.
This kind of poor communication and lack of transparency is unacceptable—especially from a major brand like Mango. Customers deserve to know upfront where their orders are coming from and how long they’ll take to arrive.
Mango, I demand a clear update on my order status and a solution immediately. Either deliver what I paid for or allow me to cancel and refund my purchase. I shouldn’t be left waiting indefinitely.
