In July, I purchased a rug from a Madame Coco Pop-Up store, paying over ₺2,000. However, shortly after buying it, the rug began to fray in multiple areas, and its shape became distorted and uneven. It has been less than two months since the purchase, and I’m shocked that such an expensive product has already deteriorated this badly.
I took the rug back to the store for inspection, but the result came back rejected, with no replacement or refund offered. I find it completely unacceptable that a product would lose quality this quickly and that my exchange or refund request was denied.
I’m requesting that my rug be replaced or the full purchase amount refunded. I expect Madame Coco to handle this issue properly and resolve my grievance in the name of customer satisfaction.
