On December 11, 2025, I transferred approximately $72 worth of USDT from my Binance TR account to my own Binance Global account. After the transfer, when I checked my Binance Global account, the funds appeared on the home page and overview screen, but when I entered the wallet details—especially the spot wallet—the balance did not appear.
I made a standard transfer from Binance TR to Binance Global to my own account and did not select any special network. Despite this, when I try to trade in the spot wallet, my balance shows as zero, and I am unable to use my funds. I have not yet contacted customer service or live support, as I wanted to report the issue here first.
I want my funds to be clearly and correctly visible in my Binance Global spot wallet and to be able to use my USDT balance without any issues. I request that this situation be urgently reviewed and resolved to eliminate my inconvenience.
