On March 9, I purchased a viscose pillow from Madame Coco, expecting quality and durability. Unfortunately, after just two nights of use, I noticed something was off. When I removed the pillowcase, I discovered that the pillow had torn open at the side seam.
I immediately went back to the store the next day, only to be told by the staff that since the item had been used, they couldn’t offer a replacement. That response alone was frustrating—how else would I know the product was defective without using it? They agreed to send it for inspection, but the outcome was even more disappointing: they blamed user error as if I had intentionally torn the pillow myself.
Now my damaged pillow is still sitting at the store, along with the original receipt. I find it unacceptable that a product used for only two nights could be considered damaged by the customer. I expected more from a brand like Madame Coco and demand that they take accountability and replace the faulty product without further delay.
