Madame Coco Delayed Refunds for Broken, Missing, and Incorrect Items

About a month ago, I made a large purchase from Madame Coco. One item arrived broken, a few were missing, and some were completely incorrect. I called and reported the issue, and they assured me a refund would be processed. However, I’ve had to keep calling repeatedly as they keep saying, “as soon as possible” with no action taken. It’s been 20 days since I returned the items, yet I still haven’t received my refund. Each time I call customer service, a different representative gives me the same vague promise with no results. This delay and lack of follow-through is incredibly frustrating, and I demand my refund immediately.
