Binance Facial Recognition Error Leaves Account Completely Locked

I can no longer access my Binance Global account, which I use to trade ZEC/USDT. After changing my phone, I tried to log in, but my password was not accepted and I could not access the system. Even though I had two-factor authentication enabled using both my phone number and email address, I still could not log in. I was then asked to complete facial recognition verification, but this verification was also not approved, and my access to the account was completely blocked. During this process, I noticed that I was being guided as if I were a new user, and it seems that due to a misclick, the system may have mistakenly treated me as if I were trying to create a new account.

While all this was happening, the emails and instructions sent to me arrived very late, which prevented me from completing the requested steps on time and caused the issue to drag on even longer. When I contacted Binance TR support, no solution was offered to reopen my account despite the situation, and the process remains unresolved. Even though there is a significant balance in my Binance Global account, I am completely unable to access it or carry out any transactions.

My expectation from Binance Global is that my account be reviewed through proper security checks, my identity be verified, and my account access be restored. I am fully prepared to complete all required identity and verification steps again. I simply request that my current hardship be resolved and that access to my account be restored as soon as possible.
