I ordered a product from Madame Coco and was shocked when it arrived with a visibly damaged package. The box was clearly crushed and looked like it had been mishandled during shipping. I refused to accept the delivery and returned it immediately without even opening it. Despite this, their system now falsely shows that the product was successfully delivered and accepted by me.
What’s worse, I’ve been trying for days to reach customer service with no success. No real human ever answers—just endless loops with a chatbot that gives generic, useless replies. I even sent an email to their support line and never got a response.
