On October 5, I purchased a large black suitcase from the Madame Coco Bağcılar branch. I used it only once — for about three minutes — with just a few items inside. While rolling it for a short distance, one of the wheels suddenly detached and broke off completely. I’ve owned several suitcases from other brands before, and I’ve never experienced such poor quality. I’m extremely disappointed and feel misled by the product’s durability claims.
When I called the store, they told me that since I had used the item, it could not be returned or exchanged, and that they couldn’t offer any assistance. However, I barely had the chance to use the suitcase, and it’s now completely unusable. I find it unacceptable that a nearly new product would break this easily.
I request a full refund of ₺2000 for the defective suitcase and would like the product to be collected and replaced or refunded as soon as possible.
