On December 2, 2025, I purchased $100 worth of a coin called Ultimate on Binance, trusting the posts of someone on Instagram who introduced himself as S*** B**********. At the moment, my wallet shows that this coin has a value of approximately $440 USD, but I am unable to sell it in any way.
I cannot convert the balance shown in my Binance account into USDT or any other coin, and the system does not allow the transaction. Due to the language barrier, I have also been unable to contact Binance Support in English to get help.
My request from Binance is that selling for the Ultimate coin be immediately enabled on my account, and that I be allowed to freely sell or convert the balance shown in my wallet.
