If Lufthansa is unresponsive, submit a formal written complaint through their official feedback or passenger rights page using your booking reference and claim number, and clearly state a response deadline.
Keep copies of all emails, web forms, and screenshots showing unanswered follow-ups, as this proves non-response.
You should also call Lufthansa customer service directly to force visibility on the case; the global service number is +49 69 86 799 799, and calls are logged in their system.
Ask for the case to be escalated to customer relations or a supervisor and request the interaction ID.
If there is still no reply after a reasonable time, file your complaint here to bring attention to the issue.
