Lufthansa Overcharges For Ticket Reschedule
I recently tried to change my Lufthansa flight ticket and was initially quoted a change fee of around $350. However, after manual calculations, this amount inexplicably increased to $600-700.
Their system doesn't allow me to check or change my ticket myself, as it simply doesn't work. Despite having the same ticket prices available, their agents insist that I have time and can afford to be inconvenienced.
Because I can't verify the cost myself, the price varies depending on which agent handles my request. Initially, I was told I would only need to pay the difference in taxes and a penalty fee. But another customer representative made things difficult and significantly raised the price.
