I traveled from Istanbul to Orlando with Lufthansa on November 22, 2023. I submitted the necessary photos and information to request compensation for the damage to my luggage. I was told that the bag would either be fixed or reimbursed. However, Discover Airlines decided to pass the matter on to Dolfi 1920, their affiliated unit. They said they sent the case to Lufthansa with transaction number 00681577. However, up until today, January 25, 2024, two months have gone by without any resolution. I'm still waiting. It is quite surprising and disheartening to see such negligence from Lufthansa.
