Unacceptable Treatment and Threats from Lufthansa Customer Service During Ticket Change
I have purchased tickets for approximately 35–40 people with Lufthansa Airlines. Today, I called the airline to make changes to some of the tickets and provided my card information for payment. However, the representative claimed that my card was not authorized and said it was blocked. I clarified that my card was active and asked them to try again.
Shockingly, the representative, named G***, responded aggressively, saying, "Are you calling me stupid? I’m not changing your tickets or processing your request," and then hung up on me while making further threats.
I am appalled by this unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. A company of Lufthansa’s reputation should not treat its customers this way. I demand an immediate investigation and resolution for this disgraceful experience.
