Lufthansa Flight Cancellation Refund Delayed for Weeks

My flight from Düsseldorf to Munich on Tuesday, June 18th with reservation code MKMML7 was canceled and rescheduled to Wednesday, June 19th. I submitted my accommodation, transportation, and dinner expenses through the system and they were approved. However, despite multiple reminders through new requests and emails, the amount has not been sent for weeks. I am being stalled with the excuse that my account cannot be identified. I resent my complete account details, but the amount still hasn't been transferred to my account.
