Lufthansa's Mistreatment of Earthquake Survivors

Sunexpress, Lufthansa, and the Turkish joint venture airline have all disappointed me. They planned a rescue flight from Malatya to Antalya, but it was canceled due to airport security concerns. My elderly parents, who are close to 100 years old, were not only unable to fly for four days, but the airline also charged us for the cancellation. To make matters worse, the cancellation fee was around 1500 TL, which is roughly 25% of the payment for the canceled reservations. It is unacceptable that the airline exploits people in need during a difficult time. As an earthquake victim, I demand a full refund from the airline and desire others to speak out against this injustice.
