Kcex says my KYC failed but won’t explain why, how can I fix this and verify again?

It’s frustrating when KCEX says your KYC failed without explaining why.

🔹 Why it happens:
Common issues include blurry ID photos, mismatched info, expired documents, or poor-quality selfies. They often don’t explain unless asked.

🔹 How to fix it:
Email [email protected] with your username and a message like:
“My KYC failed without explanation. Please tell me why and allow me to reverify.”

Attach:

Clear front/back of your valid ID

A selfie holding the ID and a note with today’s date + “KCEX Verification”

Proof of address (if needed)

Make sure all details match your account exactly.
