I Completed KCEX KYC but They Refused to Pay the Bonus Without Any Valid Reason

I signed up for KCEX after seeing multiple promotions promising a KYC bonus for new users. I followed all the instructions, submitted my personal information, verified my identity, and completed the KYC process exactly as described. However, after doing everything required, they suddenly stated I “didn’t pass the risk control check” and denied me the promised bonus—without any explanation.
This is completely unacceptable. If KCEX is not going to honor its promotions, why collect our sensitive personal data in the first place? It feels like they’re just gathering user information under false pretenses and then hiding behind vague internal policies like “risk assessment” to avoid delivering what was promised.
I demand a clear explanation and either the immediate delivery of the bonus or deletion of all my submitted information. If my personal data is misused or shared unlawfully, I will take legal action and file a criminal complaint. People should be warned—do not trust this platform unless they change their practices and take responsibility for misleading users.
