I Shared My ID with KCEX for the Bonus but Got Nothing and No Explanation

I signed up for KCEX after seeing promotional ads claiming they offer sign-up bonuses to new users who complete identity verification. Trusting this promise, I submitted all my personal and ID information. Unfortunately, all I got in return was silence—and zero reward.

It turns out they only hand out the bonus to users they selectively choose, likely based on their own internal bias or ad partnerships. Regular users like me, who follow all the steps, get ignored. Worse still, they never even offer a proper reason for denying the bonus. No explanation. No transparency. Just empty promises and data collection.

This feels like blatant manipulation. You can’t advertise a bonus to all new users, collect their private data, and then decide not to honor it. That’s deceptive and completely unacceptable.
