On January 29, 2025, I registered on the KCEX platform and completed all the required KYC verification steps as part of their promotional offer for new users. According to their campaign, eligible users who completed identity verification were supposed to receive a welcome bonus. I followed all instructions carefully and submitted my documentation exactly as requested.

However, on January 30, I was shocked to find that my account had been flagged with a so-called “task violation” message—clearly just an excuse to withhold the bonus they promised. I did nothing wrong. This is just a way for KCEX to avoid delivering on their own promotion.

To make things worse, they also refuse to delete my account despite my repeated requests. There is no transparency, no clear explanation, and no support. If a company promotes a reward, it should honor it—not create arbitrary “violations” to avoid payment.
