I Signed Up for Kcex Exchange for the Bonus, But They Refused to Give It After Verification

I recently signed up for the Kcex exchange platform after seeing a promotion that promised a welcome bonus for new users. I completed the registration process and provided all the required identification documents. However, after joining, I was informed that the bonus would not be granted due to a so-called “risk unit” decision. This explanation was vague and completely unjustified.

I’ve been using Binance for years and have never encountered such a shady and disappointing practice. When I reached out to customer support to request the deletion of my account due to this dishonesty, I was told I would need to submit a large number of additional documents—even though they already have my ID on file from the registration process.

This is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about data handling and user rights. I am formally requesting that my account be deleted immediately without further delay or bureaucratic obstruction. I urge Kcex to respect its users, honor its promotional promises, and provide a transparent and fair process for account closures.
