Kcex Denied Me the New User Bonus Due to ‘Risk Control’
I registered on Kcex specifically to claim the new user bonus, only to be hit with a vague “You did not pass risk control” message during the process. This warning prevented me from receiving even the most basic promotional reward, despite having completed identity verification (KYC) without issue.
If Kcex considers my account “risky,” then why did they approve my KYC in the first place? It makes no sense to allow full verification only to block users from bonuses without any clear explanation. I didn’t violate any rules, and I followed all the necessary steps—yet my reward was denied and my time wasted.
To make matters worse, the same risk warning appeared on my cousin’s account, even though we signed up separately and he has no connection to my account or device. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their risk control system.
I’m asking Kcex to explain why I was blocked from receiving the bonus and to remove the baseless restrictions. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll be forced to reconsider using this platform at all. Users deserve clarity, not vague excuses.
