I Joined KCEX for the Signup Bonus but They Refused to Give It Without Reason

I registered with KCEX after seeing the promotional offer that promised a signup bonus. Like many others, I followed all the steps exactly as instructed, including verifying my identity. However, once the process was complete, the bonus was never credited to my account. When I contacted support, they brushed me off by citing vague “risk management” reasons, without offering any real explanation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure new users into the platform under false promises.

If you're not going to honor your bonus commitments, why advertise them? It damages your credibility and creates serious trust issues. Because of this experience, I no longer feel safe using this platform and absolutely refuse to deposit any funds.

I am requesting that all my personal data and account information be permanently deleted from the KCEX system immediately. I also urge others to be cautious before registering. I expect a formal confirmation that my account and details have been fully removed.
