Kcex Denied My New User Reward With “Risk Control” Excuse

Kcex’s new user rewards feel like a complete joke. I registered, completed KYC, and then received this message:

“Sorry, you did not pass the system risk control review, so no reward can be given and the task status can no longer be changed. The details of our risk control rules are considered confidential and cannot be disclosed. Thank you for your understanding, and we invite you to join our other events.”

This is unacceptable. First, the reward is blocked with no clear reason, then they “invite” users to other events. Do they really think people will want to use this app again after being treated like this?

I want my issue resolved. Kcex must explain these so-called hidden rules to everyone. You are damaging your own reputation with this approach.
