Kcex Denied My Bonus After Meeting All Requirements

I am a Kcex exchange user with UID 5368**87. The platform requires KYC, an initial $100 deposit, and $200 worth of spot trading to qualify for its bonus. I completed all of these requirements, but instead of receiving my reward, I was shown this message:

“Sorry, you did not pass the system risk control review, so no reward can be given and the task status can no longer be changed. The details of our risk control rules are considered confidential and cannot be disclosed. Thank you for your understanding, and we invite you to join our other events.”

This is unacceptable. I met every single condition for the bonus, yet my reward was denied under so-called “secret rules.” Because of this experience, I will never deposit my money with companies like yours again.
