Kcex Blocked My Account for ‘Risk Control’ Without Explanation

Even though I did not violate any rules on the platform called Kcex, my account was blocked with the excuse that I “failed the risk control review.”

I did not open a new account or use a VPN. I completed identity verification on my own phone and uploaded all required documents without any issues. Despite this, the system restricted my account, stating that I did not pass risk control, and my funds have been rendered inaccessible.

When I explained the situation to customer support, I was told, “We cannot disclose the reason due to privacy.” What kind of privacy policy is this? People provide their ID documents, facial recognition scans, and personal information, spend 30 minutes completing verification, and then—without any explanation—their access is suddenly cut off.

If there truly is a violation, it should be explained clearly. Otherwise, blocking users’ funds under the pretext of “risk control” creates real harm and destroys trust.

With this approach, Kcex is unfairly victimizing its users. I urgently request that the necessary steps be taken, that my account be reactivated, and that my funds be returned.

Kind regards.
