Kcex Refused My Signup Bonus After KYC — Labeled ‘Risky’ With No Explanation

While signing up for Kcex, it was stated that users who completed identity verification would receive a bonus. Because of this, I trusted the platform and shared my personal identification information, completing the verification process yesterday. This morning, I received a message saying that my account had been reviewed and that my bonus would not be granted due to a “risky activity,” and that no further details could be shared.

When I contacted customer service, they said that due to privacy rules, they could not explain why I was considered “risky” and that I would not be eligible for the reward. As someone who has already submitted sensitive personal information, I now feel victimized and concerned.

I request that my bonus be credited to my account.
