Kcex Refused My $50 New User Bonus After KYC

I completed full KYC verification on Kcex, including submitting my ID and phone number, to qualify for the $50 new user bonus. Despite meeting all the listed requirements, my bonus was revoked without any proper explanation. The only response I received was that a “risk has been detected”—with no further details provided.
When I contacted live support to ask for clarification, they offered no justification and abruptly ended the conversation when I pressed further. Even after I explained that no other exchange has treated me this way, they still refused to provide any reason and said they couldn’t explain the decision.
I find this highly unacceptable. Misleading users with false bonus promises and then canceling them with vague accusations is not only unethical—it violates consumer rights. I fulfilled every condition asked of me, and there is no valid reason to label my account as a risk.
I do not accept any liability for whatever “risk” Kcex claims without evidence, especially after handing over my personal information. I demand the return of my promised bonus and my full user rights. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will escalate it through official complaint channels. Kcex must take responsibility and address this issue transparently.
