I Signed Up on Kcex and Got Flagged as “Risk” Without Reason—No Bonus Given

I recently created a new account on the Kcex crypto exchange, drawn in by their advertised bonus for new users. But as soon as I registered, my account was immediately labeled as “risky” without any explanation. How can a brand-new account be marked as a risk right after sign-up, with no activity, no transactions, and no violations?

I reached out to customer support multiple times to ask for clarification, but every time I tried to get help, I was ignored or outright blocked. No one is willing to assist, and it’s clear they have no intention of honoring the bonus offer they widely promoted.

If they weren’t going to provide the bonus, why advertise it at all? This feels like false advertising—pure bait and switch. I demand transparency, the promised bonus, or at the very least, a legitimate reason why I was flagged. Other users should be aware that Kcex does not seem to stand by its own promotions.
