Kcex Rejected My Reward After ID Verification Without Explaining What Went Wrong

I joined the Kcex app and completed the identity verification process, expecting to receive the reward promised as part of their campaign. However, after submitting my ID, I was told that I didn’t meet the campaign requirements. This makes no sense—because all I did was follow the instructions and verify my identity, as clearly stated.
No deposit was made to my account, and I was also informed that I won’t be able to benefit from the campaign again. I wasn’t given any explanation as to what went wrong or what criteria I supposedly failed to meet. This is incredibly unfair and misleading for users who trust the platform and follow the steps exactly as instructed.
Kcex must clarify what happened with my verification and explain why I was denied the reward. If this is how user incentives are handled, it damages trust and shows a serious lack of transparency. I demand that my issue be reviewed immediately and that my reward be granted as promised. Otherwise, I’ll have no choice but to report this conduct formally.
