I Got Banned on KCEX After Verifying My ID and Claiming the Signup Bonus

I registered on KCEX and completed all identity verification steps accurately using my real information. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned without any valid explanation. I didn’t violate any rules, yet I am now locked out of my account and unable to access anything.

If the platform was planning to ban me, why did it even allow me to complete the signup process and claim the promised welcome bonus? This feels extremely unfair and misleading. From what I’ve seen online, I’m not the only one—many new users are being banned right after joining.

KCEX, if you offer rewards to attract new users, you should also honor your commitment and treat them fairly. I demand that my account be reactivated immediately. I followed all the steps in good faith and deserve to use the platform like anyone else. Please look into this and resolve the issue without delay.
