I Completed KCEX Verification but Was Denied Bonus Without Explanation

I registered on KCEX and completed every single step they required for the promised bonus. I uploaded both sides of my ID, verified my phone number and email through the codes they sent, and followed all the instructions exactly. However, after going through all this, I received a message saying my account was flagged by their "risk control" team and I wouldn’t be receiving the reward.

When I contacted live support to ask why, they gave me a canned response: “We cannot share the reason due to confidentiality, which you agreed to.” This is unacceptable. How can anyone trust a platform that collects sensitive personal information and refuses to explain why they’re withholding what was promised?

All I’ve received are copy-paste replies with zero transparency. The so-called bonus campaign feels completely misleading. If you're not going to honor your reward offers, at least provide a clear reason. Otherwise, this just feels like a data collection trap. I demand KCEX take accountability and resolve this issue immediately.
