I Didn’t Receive My Sign-Up Bonus from Kcex Despite Completing All Requirements

I registered on the Kcex crypto trading platform after seeing their promotion that promised a welcome bonus for all new users. I completed all required steps, including full KYC verification, expecting to receive the bonus as advertised.

However, once I created my account, I received a vague message saying I had violated some rule and failed the “risk control” review, so I would not receive the reward. When I asked for clarification, they simply said their risk control rules are confidential and cannot be disclosed. This is unacceptable and feels misleading — it’s like they’re looking for excuses not to honor their own promotion.

I’m extremely disappointed. I provided my personal identification for KYC, and if that information is ever misused, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action. I strongly advise new users to be cautious with this platform. I demand either the promised bonus be delivered or my account and all data be deleted immediately.
