KCEX Blocks Withdrawals and Traps My 1,472 USDT Balance
My account on the KCEX exchange was locked without any reasonable explanation, and I am unable to withdraw my 1,472 USDT balance. On January 11, 2026, while trying to withdraw funds to my Paribu account, my account was suddenly fully restricted. At this moment, I cannot trade or withdraw funds in any way.
The support team asked me to submit my identity documents and initially stated that there would be a 5-day review period. However, today I see that this review period has been extended to 30 days. The constant extension of the review process without any clear explanation, while my funds remain blocked, is causing me serious financial hardship. I demand that the 1,472 USDT in my account be released immediately without any additional waiting period and that all restrictions be lifted so I can complete my withdrawal without further issues.
