Kcex Signup Bonus Not Received Despite KYC Verification

I joined the Kcex exchange because of the rewards that were promised during registration. After signing up, I completed all the required steps, including KYC verification, and fully met the stated conditions.

However, I noticed that my rewards were never credited. When I contacted live support, I was told that the rewards were canceled because I was classified as a “risky user.” No explanation was provided as to why I was considered risky.

I also saw on the Şikayetvar platform that many other users experienced the same issue under the same excuse. I believe it is unfair and nontransparent for Kcex to withhold rewards without justification and to cause users to face such losses. The purpose of sharing my complaint is to make other users aware of this issue and to prevent them from experiencing the same problem.
