Kcex promotes itself with the promise that new users will receive a $140 bonus after completing registration and identity verification (KYC). I followed every step carefully—submitted my documents, completed KYC, and even received confirmation that my account was verified. But instead of receiving the promised bonus, Kcex flagged my account as “risky” without offering any explanation and refused to grant the reward.
What’s worse is that while they refuse to credit the bonus, they still allow me to deposit funds and trade on the platform—which proves they are perfectly fine with taking my money, just not delivering on their promotional commitments. That’s highly misleading and unethical.
It feels like a deliberate trap to lure in users under false pretenses, then deny them what was clearly promised. I’m warning others: don’t fall for Kcex’s deceptive bonus offers. I demand a full explanation and the immediate release of the bonus I rightfully earned.
