I'm really unhappy that I haven't received the product I bought on May 24th, 2023, and it's taking longer than expected. I've been waiting for a solution despite many promises and calls, but I still haven't gotten any help. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with how unprofessional the Karcher officials in Turkey have been. It's really sad to see a German business, which is supposed to be efficient and dependable, not taking things seriously. Whenever I ask for an update, they keep telling me that my return will be processed either today or tomorrow, but it never happens. But these promises turned out to be useless, making me even more frustrated. It's clear that they didn't handle this well, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
