Karcher returned my vacuum cleaner, which I purchased from Turkey on 07.02.2024, within the legal period, even on the same day, and although I was told in my conversation with the customer support unit that my refund would be made within 7-10 business days, I still have not received a refund in this regard. I am suffering. Even though I try to contact customer service, I never get a response and I am treated indifferently. Although I have not received the product, I am being ignored with the ridiculous excuse that the product has been reviewed. An attitude that does not suit a corporate brand is displayed. Not refunding people's money for such a long time due to arbitrary reasons was inappropriate and contrary to commercial etiquette.
