I Can’t Get Service for My Faulty Karcher VC 6 Vacuum
On August 3, 2024, I purchased a Karcher VC 6 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner after being persuaded by a product promoter. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective, and I’ve had no luck getting support from Karcher’s Istanbul service center. Every attempt to find a responsible representative has been met with complete indifference.
Despite repeated efforts, no one is taking ownership of the issue, and I’m left with a broken vacuum and no resolution in sight. What’s worse is that when I started looking into it, I found that this problem is widespread. Many users on complaint forums report the same lack of service and accountability from Karcher—especially in cities that don’t have a proper service network.
It’s deeply frustrating that a company of this size and reputation can’t provide basic post-sale support for its products. I trusted the brand and made a significant investment based on that trust. I’m now demanding immediate assistance to resolve this issue. If there is no proper service support, Karcher should replace the product or issue a full refund.
