BDG Failed To Return My Money After Withdrawal Rejection

I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced with the Colour Trading betting website (bdggamecc.com). On 05/05/2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₹9,400 through UPI. Later, the withdrawal request was rejected by the platform, but the amount was never reversed or returned back to my game wallet balance.

After the withdrawal was marked as rejected, my wallet balance still did not update, and the ₹9,400 simply disappeared from my account entirely. This has caused significant concern because the money was deducted from my game balance, yet I neither received the withdrawal nor got the amount restored to my wallet.

What makes the situation even worse is that the website does not provide any live chat support service for users facing problems. I also attempted to contact the platform through Telegram in hopes of getting assistance, but I have not received any reply or support response at all.

I request that the rejected withdrawal amount of ₹9,400 be immediately re-credited back to my game wallet and that I receive a clear explanation regarding why the withdrawal request was rejected in the first place.

This issue should be resolved urgently because this is my money, and it should not remain blocked or missing without any transparency, explanation, or customer support assistance.
